Refund and Cancellation Policy

Mapmygenome shall adhere to the policies mentioned below. This shall apply only to Pre-Booking of Covid-19 test.

• To pre-book Covid-19 test Click here Before initiating a booking the customer has to check with the respective airline whether the RTPCR test/ Rapid PCR test is required.
• The pre-booked test will be valid for only 30days. The confirmation mail receipt has to be shown at the Mapmygenome counters to avail the test.
• If the pre-booked test has expired, please contact MMG customer support at invoicequeries@mapmygenome.in to initialize the cancellation & refund process.
• Refunds for the canceled test will be done in 10-12 working days from the date of cancellation. The customer has to provide all the necessary information requested in the email.
• Refunds are subject to financing charges as per the below table

• Refunds will be done as "Back to the source only"(same account). In case the refund fails, we will try alternative methods.
• Mapmygenome India Limited reserves all the right to reject a refund.
• Once the test is done, there is no refund of the amount.
